Yeah, that's really strange as well. _________________

Guess he didn't want to say anything positive about E3. It would go against his established feelings about the event. _________________

Very true. I guess he'll praise or criticize the games when he gets his hands on them. _________________

I wouldn't be surprised if he trashed Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, though. There are a couple of characters I know for sure he's seriously going to hate. _________________

He actually seems to have a mildly positive feelings about the Assassin's Creed games as a whole if I recall. He defended the first one (in a Yahtzee sort of way) even though mainstream critics gave it tepid reviews. And with AC2 he was hardly negative at all, his biggest complaint being the game was too easy.
Doubt he'd do a complete turnaround on the series, unless they change just about everything and he has reason to. _________________

I suppose. And how those game critics trash Assassin's Creed, it's supposed to be difficult because you can't be killing people willy nilly, the main character is a godamned assassin for goodness sake. I do agree that Assassin's Creed II was way too fucking easy, the only fun I had was when I stole the axes and halberds of the Heavies (knights covered in full armor with only a visor so they can see) and either sticking them in the back of their heads after giving them a concussion or using it to throw them at the other enemy soldiers. _________________

Yeah. The games seem to more or less work for Yahtzee. Not surprising since they have free-running and stealth elements, which are both things he seems to like a lot. It's a series he's more or less kind to. Ubisoft would have to go out of their way to ruin it completely for him. _________________

Hopefully, it won't be bad then. _________________

Amusing. He mocked it without tearing into it too deeply. Typical of a game from a series/designer he likes. _________________

Yeah, none of the pseudo-Star Wars jokes yet he managed to entertain and just pick all the little mistakes and not blow them up too big. _________________

Yeah. He tore into it, but it seemed good natured almost. It wasn't one where you could sense deep hatred for the game from him. _________________

Yep, no sign of actual malice, mostly just criticisms just to make us laugh. I kind of wish he did though. _________________

Yeah. It can be a lot funnier when he genuinely hates something. _________________
