I was urged to make the following post. Listed below are the top twenty lolis of all time, as chosen by me. There are lots of loli shows I haven't seen, so I'm probably missing a lot of great lolis, but still, I assure you that these lolis are awesome. Also some amazing lolis may have slipped my loli memory. I apologize to those lolis.

As for loliness discrepancies, being a loli is more about body type than age. Konata is a loli, even though she's 17 (Kagami is not however, Lucky Star's style makes her appear kind of loli-ish, but I'm convinced she's technically supposed to have an average non-loli 17 year old girl's body). A few like Kuroko and Azusa blur the loli line, but I believe they are loli enough to on the loli list.

1. Rachel Alucard - BlazBlue: Best loli ever. Cute and badass. Super sexy. Vampire. Can't get better.

2. Illyasviel von Einzbern - Fate/Stay Night: German loli homunculus that commands giant. Awesome personality. Can't get much sexier.

3. Ekaterina Kurae - Seikon no Qwaser: Loli Sadists are awesome. Loli lesbians are even more awesome. Loli lesbian sadists win in so many ways.

4. Kuroko Shirai - Toaru Kagaku no Railgun: aggressive lesbian loli is nice. Even nicer when she can get kinda badass when things get serious.

5. Konata Izumi - Lucky Star: awesome 17 year old loli. an iconic character.

6. Mina Tepes - Dance in the Vampire Bund: Vampire loli. Made of sexiness.

7. Flonne - Disgaea: made of cutness. also hillarious.

8. Lumière - Kiddy Grade: awesome kuudere loli. ambiguously lesbian.

9. Mika Kujin - Kanamemo: The one on the receiving end. Kana's a nice loli too, but a little bland for the list. Mika's a yuri loli and a tsundere. This is awesome.

10. Azusa Nakano - K-On!: soft-tsundere. Adorable. prone to forced cosplaying. Awesome loli.

11. Index - Toaru Majutsu no Index: The one on the bottom. Komoe is a nice loli too, but a little too young in appearance for my taste. Loli nun is awesome.

12. Kyon no Imouto - The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya: Proof that lolis don't need actual names to be damn sexy.

13. Francesca Lucchini - Strike Witches: Energetic. Adorable. Badass.

14. Etna - Disgaea: Disgaea's other iconic loli. Amusing, sexy and just awesome.

15. Presea Combatir - Tales of Symphonia: 28 year old kuudere loli (body is 12) who fights with a large axe is awesome.

16. Ymir - Queen's Blade: even older tsundere loli who fights with an even larger axe is just as awesome.

17. Tianzi - Code Geass: albino loli empress = hot.

18. Chiyo Mihama - Azumanga Daioh: a truly iconic loli. Lovable and innocent.

19. Mimi - Mnemosyne: lesbian loli who likes to drink. fun personality. adorable.

20. Rimone - Simoun: loli from a yuri anime I don't talk about much. Adorable. Involved in a yuri pair with a sexy adult woman. Child prodigy. Cute.

Honorable Mentions (yes... there are actually thirty lolis... surprise...):

Karin Kurosaki - Bleach: dark haired. Yuzu is a nice loli too, but I prefer the tomboyish Karin. Is cuter.

Yutaka Kobayakawa - Lucky Star: Yutaka is pure moe. Yuri. Cute. Awesome.

Anise Tatlin - Tales of the Abyss: Tales has a lot of lolis. Anise is a very fun one. Fun character.

Arietta the Wild - Tales of the Abyss: TOA's other loli. just as adorable.

Komei/Shuri - Koihime Musou: one on the right. Other one is cute (can't remember her name right now), but Koumei is more special. Smart. Cute. Not so secret perverted side.

Mashiro Blan de Windbloom - Mai-Otome: tsundere yuri loli queen. fun character. Her HiME counterpart is cute, but doesn't have the personality.

Ellis - El Cazador de la Bruja: I almost said Kirika from Noir, but I don't think she's truly a loli. Ellis, from another Bee Train anime is. She's also very cute and just as ambiguously in love with a sexy non-loli chick.

Suzu Fujibayashi - Tales of Phantasia: the original Tales of loli. Is super cute loli ninja. That is awesome.

Aisha Neumann - Valkyria Chronicles: meh... no even remotely H pics. Still, any loli who is handed a machine gun and pushed out onto a battlefield is officialy awesome to me.

Amy Sorel - Soul Calibur: incredibly sexy loli fencer girl who dresses gothic lolita. Is awesome.

The early series has much to offer loli-coms. To the point some loli-coms hate the later series because their favorite lolis have grown up.
