I was watching my Claymore BluRay collection when I thought there needed to be a thread on that series here. I collected volumes up to 10, but I stopped there for some reason. I need to get more.

So say something about Claymore.

It's pretty good. I won't say I was blown away by it, though. It's just a very well done action anime.

I still haven't got around to reading the manga yet. I really need to.

I think I've read Claymore volume 1 before while I was at a bookstore. I can't really say something substantial about it because I can't remember, but I only watched 2 episodes of the anime; they're okay, I guess.

Series deserves more of a chance than that.

Well what do you expect? I only had 10 minutes of free time at Barnes & Noble, there's no way I could've digested the awesomeness that you guys keep preaching about.

I'll try to watch the anime again after I finish Lucky Star.

I recommend it too.

It's not as awesome as Lucky Star, though. Don't anyone tell me that I can't use that comparison!

Well, it's a pretty serious action series. Focuses on a bunch of blonde warrior girls with swords fighting monsters and stuff.

Plot is pretty awesome in my opinion. It's better in the manga, as the anime has an anime invented cut off ending, but even the anime is pretty strong there.

No panties. It's not that type of show.

I like the characters. They're kind of more subtle personalities then you see in most series, but I find them likable and unique.

There's a fair amount of blood and violence. Main characters get limbs cut off fairly frequently and such.

Anime is 26 episodes in length. Manga goes on well beyond that (and has still yet to end).

Brilliant, I'll put it onto my watch list.

Something must be wrong with me, my favourite shows have no panties, and I'm craving more modesty... XD
