What are your most favourite pairings?

Please post series, full names (if known) and Whether is is canon or not.

I'll start:

Naruto - Uzumaki Naruto X Hyuuga Hinata - Canon at last, of Kishimoto ever gets back on the subject.

Bleach - Kuchiki Rukia X Kurosaki Ichigo - I want it be canon. It most likely will be.

Kanamemo - Yume X Yuuki - The most canon lesbian pairing outside of hentai.

Hellsing - Alucard X Integral Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing - Probably canon-ish.

I've left out my favourite Kanamemo pairing and Lucky Star pairing because someone else is more deserving of the satisfaction of posting them. XD
