Darker than Black: Comet of Gemini looks like a good anime to watch.

Hmm, so it's started now.

While some shows deserve their own topics (Queen's Blade, Railgun, Sasameki Koto when it comes), others kind of don't.

Aside from QB and Railgun, I have seen the first episodes of Kampfer and The Sacred Blacksmith.

It's hard to judge byt the first episode, but both look decent enough. Kampfer was originally a light novel; I've read some of the manga adaption and that's where my interest in the anime arose. It's got a male main character who transforms into a girl whenever he fights. Aside from him its mainly an all cute girl cast, and most of them are action chicks. There's some pseudo yuri-ish stuff, but the main draw is the cute girls.

Sacred Blacksmith is a very different show (though it's also originally a light novel). I can already tell it will be much more plot heavy. The main character is a really cute female knight, who in just the first episode is sadly pathetic (but I figure will grow into a badass as the show progresses). You also get what looks like some sort of cute loli magic elf. Oh, and there's also this jerk with a katana. First episode had some cool fighting and it's a very attractive show. Studio Manglobe is yet to let me down; this looks like another winner (though technically anything featuring a hot chick wearing armor and weildign a sword as the main character would automatically win in my book).

Anyone see anything else so far this season worth looking at?

Kampfer's kind of ecchi which you like, but it's also kind of dumb, and not in the intentional way, so I'm not sure. I enjoy it, but I'm not willing to speculate too much.

Sacred Blacksmith's probably a little safer a recommendation. It's a fairly typical medieval-ish knight story so far, albeit with a cute female lead, though I think it may become something special.

Well it's not mindless ecchi completely.

it's more a mindless hot chicks fighting each other series, with an ecchi component to it. It's not nearly as ecchi as some series out there.

I'd be surprised if there weren't any at all, but I can't say I recall any. For some reason I hardly notice unless a big deal is made of them or it is done in excess.
