I had both Pokemon Stadium and it's sequel. THose games were awesome.
Yeah, that's not quite my style. I was pretty damn excited though. _________________

I liked the GameCube games where there were "Shadow Pokemon". I loved those two. |

Agreed.
Yeah, I probably wouldn't say that in a tournament setting, not to the guy's face anyway. I'd say that to my friends, though.
Never played any Pokemon games for the Gamecube. I think I'd outgrown them by then. _________________ Wanna come over to my house and listen to Jimi Hendrix? Then we can play strip search.

My sister had one of those Gamecube pokemon games. It did look kind of cool.
I probably did do some bragging to my friends. _________________

I have a couple of friends who are still heavy Pokemon addicts. It makes me wonder if Pokemon will ever go out of style.
Bragging's fun, as long as you know where to draw the line. _________________ Wanna come over to my house and listen to Jimi Hendrix? Then we can play strip search.

It is kind of strange. It has lasted longer than most phenomenon. I suppose as long as Nintendo keeps making the anime and games it won't ever go away completely.
I don't do a lot of bragging. _________________

Yeah, it's certainly unusual. The games are good, though, so it's not like it's a bad thing. I just doubt I'll be returning to them any time soon.
I do... Sometimes... Every once and a while... _________________ Wanna come over to my house and listen to Jimi Hendrix? Then we can play strip search.

The American Power Rangers was deemed different enough from the original Super Sentai that it was dubbed into Japanese. That's a weird experience, watching a version with Japanese actors, then another version with American actors and a slightly different story (although apparently the newer versions of Power Ranger are more faithful to the Japanese story lines). _________________

Heh. Yes, that would have to be very different. Never would have guessed Power Rangers got a Japanese dub. _________________

Really?
Heh. That almost doesn't seem right, even if they're probably not as relevant to the newer games. _________________

If the show originaly launched in 1993 then I was either three or four (depending on whether it was after July 4th or not) when I first saw the Power Rangers and I loved them. For me the first season was the best and greatest. After that I stopped watching it because they got rid of some of the characters and stuff and yeah it just wasnt the same plus the story line went to Hell.
I was in grade school when Pokemon came out. Grade 5 I think. At first I thought it was really stupid caus everyone would have their cards out at recess and would be playing. I got into it eventualy and I still have all my cards but after the first season it too started to go down hill. Same thing with Digimon. I loved season one and two but then....sigh. _________________ "Are there any normal people left in the world or is everyone just back from Hell?" *SPAWN* |

Heh. I know what you mean there. I was real jaded as a kid and always used to turn on somethign whenever it started to change too much. Also the reason I refused to give Digimon a chance. My brain recognized it as a Pokemon knock off. _________________
