Crap, where was I, oh wait I remember:

[Tsukasa closed the door as soon as Miyuki got inside. Tsukasa went back into the kitchen to get Miyuki a glass of water. When she returned, Miyuki was on the couch rubbing her head. Her glasses were off and Tsukasa could see Miyuki's violet eyes as she as she re-opened them.

"Wow, Yuki-san, you have pretty eyes," she complimented as she handed Miyuki her water. "It's sad that you can't see with your own eyes because they're really beautiful."]

[Konata smiled again, this time with a glint in her eye. Grabbing her hand, she took off down the road, bag in tow, in the general direction of the cinema. She had got two tickets for the new Higashi no Eden film, and was eager to see the outcome of the series.

As a bonus, Konata was fairly sure that she could have some serious fun in the dark theatre.

"Kagamin, I hope you're ready for this! kukukukuku...."

Briefly, Konata wondered what her father would think of her girlfriend, beyond another "I win at life!!" Something serious, she hoped.]

["You better not try anything too strange," Kagami said in a pointed fashion at the comment as she walked along with Konata.

She had watched Higashi no Eden on Konata's insistence, so she was actually somewhat excitedfor the filem. She was also excited to see what Konata would do sitting next to her. It made her somewhat anxious.

To clear her mind she thought about things as they grew nearer to the theatre. What if it got serious between Konata and her? Thy wouldn't be able to hid it from their families forever. Her parents were open-minded but still traditional. She didn't know how they'd react. And what of her sisters? How was she supposed to tell Tsukasa?

Kagami quickly realized she was making herself even more anxious, so she tried to blank her head, when that didn't work, she looked at Konata. When that wasn't enough she grabbed Konata's hand and held it gently. It calmed her.]

[Konata's eyes widened and she looked at her now occupied hand. She grasped Kagami's free hand with her own and looked into her eyes.

'Kagami... God, I really love you!' Konata thought this to herself as she wrapped her arms around the larger girl's neck and gave her her first proper kiss of the day. Undoubtedly, this would not be the last.

People around looked and gasped, but Konata didn't much care. To her, there was only her and her Kagamin. The rest of the world could go fuck itself.

When they parted, Konata kept on walking, or rather skipping, toward the cinema, which was now only a block away. The tune she was humming this time was a western song, Falling Down by Oasis.

"Kagami? How do you think the others will react to us being an item? And more importantly, what do I do if I trigger a flag somewhere public? I'm not sure if I could resist you if I did..." Konata gripped the girl's hand tighter, still smiling.]

[Miyuki chuckled a little at that. "Oh, if I squint at a mirror, I can see my eyes, Tsukasa-san. Thank you for the compliment though. You're eyes are very pretty too."

She gratefully took the water and sipped from the glass. It was a little embarressing to drink from a glass that Tsukasa-san, Kagami-san, or anyone else in their household had drank from previously. It was too common to be a true indirect kiss, but...

It's still a little like an indirect kiss, Miyuki thought, imagining Tsukasa-san putting the cold glass to her pretty lips. The sudden image made her blush ever so slightly.]

[Tsukasa simply smiled as she watched Miyuki drink her water, her thoughts wandering about. Miyuki-san's so beautiful, I wonder if.... As her thoughts went to things so dirty and disturbing to her, she closed her eyes and shook her head furiously. No, no, no! I can't! She's a girl and I'm a girl! I can't possibly do that! She didn't realize that Miyuki noticed her blushing with a bright red hue and so when she opened her eyes, Miyuki looked very concerned about her.]

[Kagami's face was red again at the full, in-public kiss Konata had given her. She froze up a little. Gah, this shouldn't embarrass her. She loved Konata. She wanted Konata to kiss her. It was just hard when people could see her.

Eventually, Kagami calmed down enough to recognize her partner's questions. Her blush didn't disappear.

"Geez, you better be able to control yourself," said Kagami, shaking her head and glaring slightly.

Her expression then quieted; she said, "But I do worry about that, you know. About what the others will think..."]

[Konata's smile faltered slightly at the thought of what might happen with her friends, but she pushed the unpleasant what ifs aside for now.

Leading Kagami to the cinema, she retrieved the two pre-paid tickets from her bag and walked inside.

"We'll be OK Kagami. We'll always have each other. You want some snacks?" Konata pointed her thumb at the confectionery stand behind her.]

[Tsukasa didn't know what to do, per se. She couldn't tell Miyuki what she was thinking about, but she knew she couldn't lie to her.

"Uh" Tsukasa began, her face in shock like this: Shocked

(because I can't seem to do emoticons on my own)

Oh my god, what do I do, what do I do!?! was all she could think of before Miyuki came closer...]

[Kagami gave a sigh. If she said yes, Konata was sure to make some embarrassing joke about her weight. If she said no... she wouldn't get any snacks. She liked snacks. Perhaps if she went about it with a diplomatic approach, she'd avoid her beloved's cunning trap?

"Hmm, yeah. Why don't you get something, Konata? The two of us can split it," she suggested, smiling softly.]

[Miyuki found herself a little too close to Tsukasa-san. She blushed a little and backed away, giving her friend some space. Why did she get so close. That was an embarressingly rude thing to do.]

[Tsukasa sighed in relief. That was close, she thought in her mind. She decided against telling Miyuki how she really felt until she calmed down somewhat.

"Uh, well, feeling better Yuki-san?" she managed so squeak out before turning away to hide her glowing red face.]
