Well, here's two characters as promised. Kind of un-detailed for profiles I'd give, but I'm working on fairly limited knowledge of what you're going for still, so it's hard to get very inspired, deep characters. Hope you like them. If not (or if you want something changed or elaborated on,), I take no offense.

Name: Ceil Olwen
Sex: f
Age: 26
Hair: black, very long and straight
Eyes: green
Height: 5'7"
Element: water
Soul-companion: a large penguin.
Manifestable weapon: unwieldy Japanese style long sword taller than she is.
Alignment: neutral to the conflict at the moment. Mercenary.
Appearance: beautiful woman with pale, smooth skin and curvy body. Dresses in an all black coat.
Personality: serious, detached, cool. Relatively apathetic about most things. A bit of a romantic deep down. Likes cute things, even if she tries to hide it.

Name: Adair Swanhilde
Sex: f
Age: 13
Hair: blonde, somewhat long, in twintails held up by bright pink bows
Eyes: dark brown
Height: 4'11"
Element: earth
Soul-companion: massive rhinoceros.
Manifestable weapon: gigantic, over-sized battle axe.
Alignment: completely aligned to the evil organization.
Appearance: cute young girl, always dressed cute, girlish clothing. Small.
Personality: an out and out psychopath who delights in killing. Acts like a cute little girl, and tries to use it to her advantage by charming others. Cruel and sadistic, but not super intelligent.

Ceil will become a S-Class person,due to her age and being a Mercenary,her weapon would be needed.

Adair will be an A-Class,but when she starts getting riled up through fighting,she becomes S-Class and can summon the axe.

Here's the Class System:
SSS=Total mastery of every aspect of their element,weapon and companion,and usage of all three hardly drains Will(The fuel for the three.)
SS=Is able to keep companion manifested at all times with little drain on Will,weapons' abilities and alternate form(s) begin to unlock,elemental skill is high
S=Elemental skill is above average,able to unlock most basic form of weapon,companion can be manifested for long periods of time in true form,but still drain Will relatively fast
A=No weapon,Companion is manifestable for short periods of time as true versions of self,skill with element is average
B=No weapon,Companion manifests as miniature version of self briefly,skill with element is average
C=No weapon,No companion,skill with element is low
D=Newly aware of abilities,skill with element is very low or nonexistant
E=Given to those who were born without any of the three,or had them forcibly removed.

Well, I'm obviously going to say I want them to be stronger. But those decisions are left up to you in the end.

This story is going to take place over a number of years. They'll grow stronger,but so will others as well. It's gonna vary for each one.
