Remember how I said I was going to be a dick for hating Katja? Well, I'm not anymore: this time, my hatred is true. So if you want to keep liking her, then fine Phil. But I want that bitch to burn in Hell!!!

Other than my declaration of war, it was the first episode I could honestly say that I was bored. In fact I was so bored, I think I had termites coming out of my skull from the hole that I had just drilled into the side of my head.

Having been under the radar today, I decided to watch the 22nd Episode of Seikon no Qwaser. I might as well call myself insane for continuing to watch this, but since I did start I might as well finish it.

Okay, so everything comes together. Nothing's going to stop me from hating a certain character, but at least she did manage to go back to the good guys side. The Douchebag Brothers apparently had too much soma and turned into a double-headed eagle, which then promptly defeated or whatever. Qwaser of Gold says some shit and bom bom BOM!, brings out dead Ojia.

Bored as shit, fights sucked because they barely showed any fight scenes, no new weapons, no new elements, no new stuff, just the same old shitfaced plotline or whatever.

I think I'm done trashing the show for now. Anyone else would like to give their opinions?

Watched episode 23. I absolutely loved it.

Katja was so awesome in this scene. There was no containing my smile when Hana showed up and stood up to her to tell her she had taken the act far enough. The love captured in their scenes together was so beautiful. Those two really make this show for me and this episode just delivered on it, that kiss being the most gratifying thing in this series I can remember. It showed Hana is more to Katja than just an object.

Katja's cold detached attitude was just awesome too. She's just so wonderful a character, as atrypical as she is.

Most of the rest of the stuff I could care less about. More Katja/Hana moments, please...

The "climactic showdown" of Seikon no Qwaser in episode 23 made it abundantly clear that the show doesn't want anyone to even try to take this thing seriously anymore. Seriously, that had to have been one of the most stupidly reidiculous things I have ever seen. I suppose that Qwaser's charm though...

The final episode seems like a sort of standard bittersweet ending. It did until the very final scene after the edits, from which I am still beyond confused. I'm very curious as to what has happened to Aleksander there, but the fact that's hes with Hana still makes me infer that Hana left with Katja, which makes me happy. Still... Aleksander... that look... that voice... I don't know what to say.

All in all, I enjoyed the show. Unabashedly trashy in every stretch of the word it may be, but few shows are. I think it may have eventually became a parody of itself at some point, and there are a lot of character threads left dangling in the end, but the show was fund and had a charm too it.

And Ekaterina Kurae is a character who will stick with me for a while.

Can't believe you actually finished all those episodes. Was it 23 or 24, I forget? I just stopped, I don't even want to see the ending myself.
