Well, in Black Lagoon, three out of four of the primary chracters are American. It's a lot more reasonable that the one Japanese guy would know English than the other three would know Japanese too.

Yet the Japanese track is in all Japansese, with the American characters making use of butchered English.

The English version makes a lot more sense.

God, their Engrish hurt my ears.

The eng dub was far better suited for Black Lagoon.
