Eh, okay, if you say that's okay. Kinda lessens the effectiveness of that spell if it can just be resisted like that though.

Well, Lucinda's a strong witch. I think it's understandable that it wouldn't work, not to mention I can still find other uses for it. There are plenty of other weaker witches and normal people to use it on.
Just make it at least seem like she really had to struggle against it.

Yeah, could you play Kei's father, Rab? It would be more fun to talk to someone than to write all the dialogue myself.
Also, do you want me to give you his character traits, background, and stuff, or did you have your own interpretation in mind?

Aida's personality can be rather varied. She tends to take on the emotions Yuzuki is feeling, especially if they are pronounced, and amplify them.
When she's not being particularly active, or resting, she's a relatively nice woman, but very proud. She knows her power is incredible, and she resents the fact she's sealed away, but she doesn't hate Yuzuki as a person. She's actually quite fond of the girl.

Aida has adapted to the modern world very well, and has learned much from Yuzuki's eyes. She feels indebted to the girl, for giving her a medium to live through. It helps that Yuzuki's respect for music and instruments is almost worship level.
As such, Aida is helping Yuzuki, by giving her unimaginable power. The presence of another witch has spurred her to finally show herself, and begin changing Yuzuki's life. |

Interesting. Sounds sexy. Though it's kind of different from the original setup (the spellbooks are generally physical manifestations of the witches soul from what I gathered, not ancient spirits that existed well before the witch). I suppose it still works, even if it is different though.
