The old topic was terrible, so this is an improvement. _________________

Sorry, London terminology. One quid is one British Pound Sterling.
What of these should I shut down? _________________ Fu fu fu... |

Well, if you're worried that the virus is still in there, you could probably start your recovery from non-safe mode now.
Just go into I386 and find Winnt32.exe. Start it and recovery options should pop up. _________________

Probably.
It's an executable. Should open on it's own normally. I don't know what it would ask for.
Probably still infected. Getting to that file in Safe Mode is what you'd ideally want to do, but if the computer won't load in safe mode, that's a problem. _________________

OK, I tried to open the file, but I can't. I'm apparently not the Admin on this PC.
Dammit, why do my foster parents have to be so strict about such things!? _________________ Fu fu fu... |
