I cosplayed as Makoto Itou from School Days. I'd easily made the costume out of clothes I had around in my house. To make myself look more like him, I had to straighten my hair and dye it black.

Yes it is.

But sadly no one there recognized who I was, which if they did, then it would've made it worth it.

I expected him to be recognizable in a more infamous way. But it wasn't until later when only one person finally recognized who I was, and she backed away in fear.

Haha, believe it or not, in some way, I was expecting people to come clauber or kill me with a kitchen knife or hacksaw if they knew who I was.

I know. What I mean is that there's alot of people who've seen the anime and anyone who has any knowledge of the series would be familiar with him. It's just that the people there don't know about it, which was a let down.

Maybe if I went to a bigger, more crowded convention, there probably be more people who might recognize it.

Eh, I guess a lot of people probably did miss School Days.

I don't remember him being very distincitive looking either.

there's usually lots of cosplayers at the conventions I've been to.

Guess it depends on the convention.

I guess where I went to wasn't really a convention, but rather an anime night at the library. That would explain it.
