I listen to

Classic Rock
Indie Rock
Heavy Metal
Progressive Metal
Death Metal

Not really into rap, country, or most pop music.

Starting to get into psychadelic rock. Going back to metal rock as well to prove I still have my general pesissmism for humanity.

Dishelved from my list:

3 Doors Down (same shitty message in different songs)
Nickelback (same reason for 3 Doors Down)

Added to my 'must not listen to list':

Lady GaGa
Madonna
Britney Spears (so my family will stop bugging about the crush I had on her 8 fuckin years ago)
all other new artists, with the exception of the Script (which is going into my favorites aisle) and Tokio Hotel (some of their songs are awesome if they were converted into instrumental)

I'm a reall big Classic Rock person since my dad is like a 50's, 60's, and 70's rock encyclopedia. The number of bands I could list here is almost unending. But a few of the ones I really like are The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Hylix, Prism, Led Zepplin, Alice Cooper, and Ozzy Cool

I just recently got into Metal, power, thrash and speed mostly. My list of bands so far is small. Blind Guardian, Demons and Wizards, Iced Earth, Dragonforce, Saxon, and Nightwish.

I like folk music, bands like Crusible, Rallion, Enoch Kent, and Nonesuch.

I cant stand rap or country. Pop kind of fell out for me. I have two Electronica groups that I like and those are Prozzak and Gorillaz.

Jazz and Blues I can take in a pinch.

Finally, another Led Zepplin fan! Smile

In addition to my list above (there's like two or three different lists), I've been getting into metal rock, steadily going deeper into doom metal and death metal.

Who doesn't like Led Zeppelin? They're like the best band ever... or pretty damn close.

Do you want me to recommend you some death metal stuff, Selrahc?

Yeah, sure. Like we were discussing in the endless sentence thread a couple days ago (or whenever), I've been getting into metal rock particularly in death metal, doom metal, and so on. It's going to be a while before I start listening to satanic metal without getting spooked.

Agreed. I'm sure most people like Led Zeppelin.

Definitely not the best band ever though.

They're from an era with a lot of great bands. They're awesome, but some of their contemporaries are better.

I guess it's a matter of opinion, but I still like them more than even the great bands that came out at that time.
